Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Control of Generation of Code ('Code Injection') due to the improper handling of the $_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT'] parameter in example_form.ajax.php or example_form.php. An attacker can inject arbitrary HTML into an e-mail message body by manipulating the user agent string sent in the HTTP request.
