Snyk has a proof-of-concept or detailed explanation of how to exploit this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

enshrined/svg-sanitize is a SVG sanitizer for PHP
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Uncaught Exception via the collectIdentifiedElements method in Resolver.php, where processing an SVG document containing a large number of elements with id attributes causes excessive memory allocation. Before the fix, an XPath query (//*[@id]) instantiated a PHP object for every matching element simultaneously, and the findByElementId method iterated over every collected subject for each <use> reference check, resulting in quadratic time and memory complexity that an attacker can exploit by submitting a large SVG to crash the sanitizer process.
