The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Symlink Attack via the DataDump cron process due to insufficient validation of intermediate path components in the export destination. An attacker can gain unauthorized ownership of arbitrary directories by scheduling an export to a subdirectory within their webspace, then replacing an intermediate path component with a symlink before the root-owned cron job executes. This allows the attacker to escalate privileges and compromise the host system by having the cron process recursively change ownership of the linked directory tree to their own user ID. This is only exploitable if the export feature is enabled for the attacker's account.
