genix/cms is a Simple and Free Opensource CMS and Framework.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Authentication due to a missing rate limit in forgotpassword.php. An attacker can cause a denial of service (login inability) or possibly conduct unauthorized actions via a series of requests.
