Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Enforcement of a Single, Unique Action through the user creation process. An attacker can remove administrative privileges and disrupt access for legitimate administrators by submitting a new user with the same username as an existing high-privilege account, causing the original account's permissions to be overwritten with lower privileges.
