How to fix?

Upgrade getgrav/grav to version 2.0.4 or higher.

Overview

getgrav/grav is a Modern, Crazy Fast, Ridiculously Easy and Amazingly Powerful Flat-File CMS.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Server-side Request Forgery (SSRF) via the WebhookController.php and WebhookDispatcher.php processes. An attacker can access internal resources, retrieve sensitive files, or interact with internal services by submitting specially crafted webhook URLs that leverage unrestricted cURL protocols. This is only exploitable if the attacker has an account with the api.webhooks.write permission.
