How to fix?

Upgrade getkirby/cms to version 5.5.2 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Missing Authorization via the chunk upload handler process. An attacker can consume excessive server storage by uploading multiple large incomplete file chunks without proper permissions, potentially leading to denial of service for legitimate users by exhausting available temporary storage space. This is only exploitable if authenticated users have access to the REST API (access.panel permission enabled) but lack all file upload permissions (files.create, files.replace, and user/users.update permissions are disabled).
