Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Incorrect Behavior Order: Validate Before Canonicalize in the SetCookie::matchesDomain. An attacker can gain unauthorized access to sensitive information or manipulate session state by exploiting noncanonical domain representations in cookie handling, allowing cookies to be sent to unintended subdomains.

Note: This is only exploitable if cookie support is enabled, the application addresses an origin using a noncanonical domain spelling, and communicates with a host whose name ends with that spelling.
