How to fix?

Upgrade guzzlehttp/guzzle to version 7.15.2, 8.0.1 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Incorrect Behavior Order: Validate Before Canonicalize via the request URI handling. An attacker can access resources on hosts that should have been excluded by bypassing host-based access controls through manipulation of noncanonical host representations.

Note: This is only exploitable if the application constructs a request URI from untrusted input and performs host validation before passing it to the HTTP client.
