How to fix?

Upgrade intelliants/subrion to version 4.2.0 or higher.

Overview

intelliants/subrion is an open source php content management system.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Cross-site Request Forgery (CSRF) due to a logic error. Although there is functionality to detect CSRF, it is called too late in the ia.core.php code, allowing an attack against the query parameter to the panel/database.
