Snyk has a proof-of-concept or detailed explanation of how to exploit this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

Start learningUpgrade laravel/framework to version 12.68.0, 13.27.0 or higher.
laravel/framework is a PHP framework for web artisans.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Authentication via TokenGuard in src/Illuminate/Auth/TokenGuard.php, where the token retrieved from the request is not validated to be a string before being used for credential lookup. An attacker can supply a non-string value (such as an array) as the API token input, causing the empty check to pass and allowing authentication as an arbitrary existing user without knowledge of their valid API token.
Note: This is only exploitable when the application is configured with a standard token-based API guard using Laravel's built-in TokenGuard.
