Overview

moodle/moodle is a learning platform.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Access Control via the mod/chat/chat_ajax.php file. An attacker can remain in a chat session and send messages after an intra-session capability removal by an administrator, due to improper capability checks during chat sessions. This is only exploitable if the attacker has been authenticated and is part of a chat session where their capabilities are changed by an administrator.
