Overview

moodle/moodle is a learning platform.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Access Control due to improper enforcement of access controls in the user.php script. An attacker can bypass (non default) intended access restrictions by exploiting the "Flag as inappropriate" feature without requiring the moodle/tag:flag capability.
