moodle/moodle is a learning platform.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Authorization due to insufficient permission checks in the can_view function when accessing report schedules. An attacker can view and potentially manipulate report schedules without proper authorization by exploiting these inadequate checks.
