Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload via the ticket attachments process. An attacker can execute arbitrary code, extract sensitive data, read credentials, and run system commands by uploading malicious files as an authenticated user.
This vulnerability can be mitigated by updating the nginx configuration to force downloads of attachments instead of executing them, or by disallowing access to the /storage/ directory using a web application firewall.
