How to fix?

Upgrade phpmyfaq/phpmyfaq to version 4.1.8 or higher.

Overview

phpmyfaq/phpmyfaq is a FAQ system for PHP and MySQL, PostgreSQL and other databases

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Use of Single-factor Authentication through the removeTwofactorConfig process and the twofactor_enabled form field, which are accessible via POST /api/user/remove-twofactor and PUT /api/user/data/update respectively. An attacker can disable two-factor authentication for any account, including administrator accounts, by hijacking a user's session and submitting requests with a valid CSRF token, thereby reducing authentication requirements to password-only and potentially gaining unauthorized access.
