Snyk has a proof-of-concept or detailed explanation of how to exploit this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

phpmyfaq/phpmyfaq is a FAQ system for PHP and MySQL, PostgreSQL and other databases
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Missing Authorization via the deleteUser() API in src/phpMyFAQ/Controller/Administration/Api/UserController.php, where an authenticated non-superadmin user holding the delete_user permission can send a DELETE request to /admin/api/user/delete with a target superadmin's userId (any value other than 1) and successfully remove that superadmin account. The authorization check in deleteUser() verifies only whether the target ID is 1 and whether the current account is protected, but does not call $user->isSuperAdmin() as the sibling methods editUser() and updateUserRights() do. This allows a delegated user manager to eliminate superadmin accounts, causing loss of administrative access and accountability.
