How to fix?

Upgrade poweradmin/poweradmin to version 4.2.5, 4.3.4 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Missing Authorization in the updateUser process of the API endpoint, which fails to enforce proper authorization checks for editing superuser accounts and changing user passwords. An attacker can gain full administrative access by sending a crafted API request to reset the administrator's password, provided they possess the user_edit_others permission but lack superuser or password-edit permissions. This is only exploitable if the REST API is enabled and a delegated user-manager role with user_edit_others permission exists.
