Upgrade silverstripe/reports to version 5.2.3 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Incorrect Authorization if the canView method of the Report class is configured to return false. An attacker can access reports without proper authorization by navigating directly to the report's URL.
