How to fix?

Upgrade thorsten/phpmyfaq to version 4.1.7 or higher.

Overview

thorsten/phpmyfaq is a FAQ system for PHP and MySQL, PostgreSQL and other databases

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Missing Authentication for Critical Function via the SetupController process. An attacker can perform unauthorized database migrations, create configuration backups, disable maintenance mode, and extract database credentials by sending crafted POST requests to the /api/setup/update-database and /api/setup/backup endpoints. This is only exploitable if maintenance mode is enabled.
