How to fix?

Upgrade thorsten/phpmyfaq to version 4.1.7 or higher.

Overview

thorsten/phpmyfaq is a FAQ system for PHP and MySQL, PostgreSQL and other databases

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Insufficient Logging in the AuthLdap::create function. An attacker can gain unauthorized access to a previously blocked account by authenticating via LDAP, which unconditionally sets the user's status to active and allows login. This action is not logged, preventing administrators from detecting that the block was overridden.
