How to fix?

Upgrade thorsten/phpmyfaq to version 4.1.7 or higher.

Overview

thorsten/phpmyfaq is a FAQ system for PHP and MySQL, PostgreSQL and other databases

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Insecure Temporary File through the process that writes backup ZIP archives to a web-accessible location. An attacker can access sensitive files, including database credentials, by sending concurrent requests to download the temporary archive before it is deleted, or by exploiting cross-site scripting in administrative contexts to trigger backup creation and retrieve the archive.
