Snyk has a proof-of-concept or detailed explanation of how to exploit this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

thorsten/phpmyfaq is a FAQ system for PHP and MySQL, PostgreSQL and other databases
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Missing Authorization via the attachment download endpoint (attachment.php) due to a flawed permission check. The condition ($groupPermission || $groupPermission && $userPermission) evaluates to true whenever $groupPermission is truthy, making the $userPermission check irrelevant and allowing any authenticated user to download attachments they are not authorized to access. An attacker with a valid session can retrieve restricted FAQ attachments by requesting the endpoint with a known attachment ID.
Note: This is only exploitable when the records.allowDownloadsForGuests flag is enabled, or when the installation has users who hold the dlattachment permission - conditions common in deployments that actively use attachments.
