How to fix?

Upgrade typo3/cms-backend to version 12.4.31, 13.4.12 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Authentication Bypass Using an Alternate Path or Channel due to insufficient enforcement of access restrictions on all backend routes. An attacker can bypass the multifactor authentication (MFA) dialog presented during backend login by exploiting valid backend user credentials. This is only exploitable if the attacker has already successfully authenticated with valid backend user credentials.
