Snyk has a published code exploit for this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

typo3/cms-install is a TYPO3 extension install. The Install Tool is used for installation, upgrade, system administration and setup tasks.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Control of Generation of Code ('Code Injection') due to the improper configuration settings in the Install Tool for specifying the path to system binaries. An attacker can execute arbitrary code by exploiting these settings, provided they have an administrator-level backend user account with system maintainer permissions.
