Snyk has a published code exploit for this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

to version 4.1.99, 5.4.5 or higher.
typo3/swiftmailer is a Flow package for easy use of Swift Mailer.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Arbitrary Code Execution. The mail transport (aka Swift_Transport_MailTransport) in Swift Mailer before 5.4.5 might allow remote attackers to pass extra parameters to the mail command and consequently execute arbitrary code via a " (backslash double quote) in a crafted e-mail address in the (1) From, (2) ReturnPath, or (3) Sender header.
