CWE-73  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

Upgrade vrana/adminer to version 5.4.3 or higher.

Overview

vrana/adminer is a Database management in a single file.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to External Control of File Name or Path via improper sanitization of the server field before constructing a PDO DSN string. An attacker can execute arbitrary code on the server by injecting ODBC parameters such as TraceFile and TraceOn to write PHP code to the web root, which is then executed when the trace file is accessed.
