Overview
vrana/adminer is a Database management in a single file.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Resource Exhaustion via connecting to an attacker-controlled service that responds with HTTP redirects. An attacker can cause a denial of service by exploiting PHP configuration limits.
Notes:
This is only exploitable if specific PHP configuration limits are set to allow excessive HTTP redirects.
Adminer is no longer supported, but this issue was fixed in AdminerEvo
