Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in the plugin upload/import process. An attacker with administrator access can execute arbitrary server-side code by uploading a specially crafted ZIP archive containing executable files, which are extracted into a web-accessible directory without sufficient validation.
This vulnerability can be mitigated by disabling the plugin upload/import functionality or by configuring the web server to prevent the execution of PHP files in plugin upload directories.
