Snyk has a proof-of-concept or detailed explanation of how to exploit this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

wwbn/avideo is an Audio and Video Platform or simply "A Video Platform".
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to External Control of File Name or Path via the chunkFile parameter in the aVideoEncoder.json.php endpoint. An attacker can access arbitrary local files by specifying a path to a file readable by the web application user, which is then copied to a publicly accessible location and can be downloaded over HTTP.
Note: This is only exploitable if the attacker is authenticated with upload permissions, owns at least one editable video record, and the targeted file is readable by the web application user.
