Overview

wwbn/avideo is an Audio and Video Platform or simply "A Video Platform".

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Cross-site Request Forgery (CSRF) in the handling of certain admin JSON endpoints, specifically categoryAddNew.json.php, categoryDelete.json.php, and pluginRunUpdateScript.json.php. An attacker can cause unauthorized creation, modification, or deletion of categories, and trigger the execution of any installed plugin's update script by luring a logged-in administrator to visit a malicious page. This can result in unauthorized changes to database records or execution of plugin code within the administrator's session.
