CWE-918  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

Upgrade yeswiki/yeswiki to version 4.6.6 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Server-side Request Forgery (SSRF) via the verifySignature process. An attacker can cause the server to initiate arbitrary outbound HTTP requests to internal or external hosts by supplying a crafted Signature.keyId header, potentially allowing access to sensitive internal resources, cloud metadata endpoints, or administrative interfaces, and enabling information gathering through timing and error responses. This is only exploitable if ActivityPub is enabled on at least one Bazar form.
