Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Verification of Cryptographic Signature in the verifySignature process due to improper verification of cryptographic signatures when handling the return value of openssl_verify. An attacker can gain unauthorized access and perform create, update, or delete operations on entries by sending specially crafted POST requests with manipulated signature parameters, exploiting the loose boolean check to bypass signature validation.
