CVE-2023-41387  (opens in a new tab)
CWE-89  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

Upgrade flutter_downloader to version 1.11.2 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to SQL Injection allowing an attacker to steal session tokens and overwrite arbitrary files inside the app's container. Local users can obtain the same attack primitives as remote attackers by tampering with the internal database of the framework on the device.

Note: This is only exploitable if an app uses UIFileSharingEnabled and LSSupportsOpeningDocumentsInPlace properties.
