The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Not Failing Securely ('Failing Open') in the require_signing policy gate, CI verification, release-verification, or signature-verification processes. An attacker can bypass intended verification controls by submitting unsigned, forged, or non-conforming receipts that are incorrectly treated as verified. This is only exploitable if the consumer relies on the affected verification or policy gate to enforce security requirements.
