CWE-1336  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

Upgrade apache-airflow to version 2.11.1rc2 or higher.

Overview

apache-airflow is a platform to programmatically author, schedule, and monitor workflows.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Template Injection in dagrun.py. A DAG author can execute arbitrary code in the web server context by manipulating the database to inject server-side template code, which is then executed when a user views historical task information. This is only exploitable if the log template history functionality is enabled.
