How to fix?

Upgrade apache-airflow-core to version 3.3.2rc1 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Insufficient Session Expiration via the logout() endpoint in airflow/api_fastapi/core_api/routes/public/auth.py, which previously read only the _token cookie when revoking credentials. A client authenticating with an Authorization: Bearer header - the documented method for calling the Core API - receives a successful logout response while its bearer token is never revoked, leaving that token valid until natural expiration (default 24 hours). An attacker who obtains a copy of the bearer token can continue to use it after the legitimate holder has logged out, as the logout operation does not terminate the session associated with that credential.
