How to fix?

Upgrade credsweeper to version 1.16.0 or higher.

Overview

credsweeper is a Credential Sweeper

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Handling of Highly Compressed Data (Data Amplification) through improper enforcement of size limits during recursive scanning of compressed or archived files. An attacker can cause excessive memory or CPU consumption by submitting specially crafted compressed or archive inputs that bypass configured resource limits. This is only exploitable if deep scanning is enabled (for example, with the --depth parameter set above zero).
