The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

docling-slim is a Modular version of the Docling package: SDK and CLI for parsing PDF, DOCX, HTML, and more, to a unified document representation for powering downstream workflows such as gen AI applications.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Files or Directories Accessible to External Parties via the HTML render path in html_backend.py, which implicitly allows arbitrary file: scheme requests when rendering HTML documents. An attacker who can supply a malicious HTML file can cause the renderer to fetch arbitrary local files from the filesystem, leaking sensitive data.
Note: This is only exploitable when the HTML backend is used with render_page=True and a filesystem Path input; stream inputs, the default configuration (render_page=False), the docling CLI, docling-serve, and the EPUB, Markdown, XBRL, and email backends are not affected.
