fastapi-opa is a Fastapi OPA middleware incl. auth flow.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Observable Response Discrepancy due to allowing all HTTP OPTIONS requests without evaluating it against any policy. An unauthenticated attacker could discover which entities exist within an application.
