Overview

Glances is an A cross-platform curses-based monitoring tool

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Permissive Cross-domain Policy with Untrusted Domains in the GlancesXMLRPCServer process when the cors_origins configuration contains two or more entries. An attacker can access sensitive system monitoring data by sending cross-origin requests from a malicious web page, which are permitted due to the server responding with a wildcard Access-Control-Allow-Origin header. This is only exploitable if the XML-RPC server is running and the cors_origins configuration includes multiple origins.
