Overview

jupyterhub is a JupyterHub: A multi-user server for Jupyter notebooks

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Open Redirect via the login page. An attacker can redirect users to an external site by crafting a malicious link that, when followed, causes the user to be sent to an attacker-controlled destination after authentication.

Workaround

This vulnerability can be mitigated by applying filters on the Location header in a reverse proxy such as nginx, apache, or traefik.
