Snyk has a proof-of-concept or detailed explanation of how to exploit this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

litellm is a Library to easily interface with LLM API providers
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Incorrect Authorization in the /config/update endpoint due to missing authorization checks. An attacker can modify proxy configuration, register custom endpoint handlers to execute arbitrary Python code, read arbitrary server files, and overwrite privileged account credentials by sending crafted requests to the affected endpoint.
Note:
This is only exploitable if the attacker has authenticated access to the platform.
This vulnerability can be mitigated by restricting API key distribution.
