Upgrade lmdeploy to version 0.13.0 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Arbitrary Code Injection due to the hardcoded trust_remote_code parameter being set to True, which allows remote code to be executed without user opt-in. An attacker can execute arbitrary code by supplying a malicious remote model repository.
