Upgrade mailman to version 3.0.0a1 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Cross-site Request Forgery (CSRF). A list member or moderator can get a CSRF token and craft an admin request (using that token) to set a new admin password or make other changes. Note: This is fixed in v2.1.38, however this version doesn't exist in PyPi.org.
