Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Open Redirect via the SSE and streamable HTTP transports, which follow redirects without restricting them to the MCP endpoint's origin. An attacker who can position a redirect (for example via a compromised or malicious server) can cause the client to send OAuth tokens or other authenticated requests to an arbitrary host, leaking credentials.
