moin is an easy to use, full-featured and extensible wiki software package.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Access Restriction Bypass. It checks parent ACLs in certain inappropriate circumstances during processing of hierarchical ACLs, which allows remote attackers to bypass intended access restrictions by requesting an item.
