The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. neutron is an OpenStack project to provide “network connectivity as a service” between interface devices (e.g., vNICs) managed by other OpenStack services (e.g., nova). It implements the Neutron API.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key in the process of creating or updating a port on a shared network by setting the device_owner field to a value beginning with "network:". An attacker can gain unauthorized network-service port privileges by exploiting default RBAC policies, which do not require network ownership for certain actions. This can allow bypassing anti-spoofing and security group protections, enabling DHCP, MAC, or IP spoofing against other tenants on the shared network, potentially resulting in information disclosure or disruption of network services.
