The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Start learningUpgrade openssl-encrypt to version 1.4.9 or higher.
openssl-encrypt is an A package for secure file encryption and decryption based on modern ciphers using heavy-compute-load chaining of hashing and KDF to generate strong encryption password based on users provided password to ensure secure encryption of files
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Incorrect Default Permissions due to the desktop GUI process writing decrypted plaintext files with world-readable default permissions. An attacker can access sensitive decrypted output files by reading them as an unprivileged local user on a multi-user system.
