Upgrade open-webui to version 0.10.0 or higher.

Overview

open-webui is an Open WebUI

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Use of Cache Containing Sensitive Information in the get_all_models process due to improper cache key configuration, which causes permission-filtered model lists to be shared across users. An attacker can access model lists intended for other authenticated users by making requests within the cache's time-to-live window after another user has populated the cache. This is only exploitable if multiple users with different model access permissions make requests within the cache TTL period.
